What does this website checker check?
The title and description search engines show, the headings, the buttons, the text read without JavaScript, images without a description, and the stylesheets: how many colours and typefaces, the smallest type size, the breakpoints for phones. It does not test uptime, speed or security.
What does the AI actually read?
What a search engine or a link preview reads: the title, the description, the headings, the buttons and the text of the page, with no JavaScript run. And its stylesheets: the colours, the typefaces, the type sizes, how it adapts to a phone. It does not look at a screenshot: it judges what the page declares. If the page is empty without JavaScript, that is the first line of the bill.
